Ravensworth Farm Swim and Dive

Swimmer and volunteer meet signups are handled through the Swimtopia Calendar. Parents are expected to volunteer at each meet where their swimmers are participating. 

Visit the calendar page and follow these instructions to sign up for each meet. You can also complete your signups using the free Swimtopia mobile app. Please remember to update signups throughout the season if your family schedule changes.

Saturday "A" Meet Swimmer Signup:

Athletes must indicate whether they are available to swim in each "A" Meet if selected by the coaches. Failure to declare will be considered unavailable and the swimmer WILL NOT have an opportunity to be selected for the meet.

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

  • Unavailable

• Click Save to record your choices.

Swimmers selected for a Saturday meet will be notified via email on the Thursday before the meet.

"B" Meet Swimmer Signup

All swimmers who are legal in a stroke(s) may participate in "B" meets. Please indicate if you swimmer will or will not attend each meet. Swimmers who are not marked as "Attending" will not have an opportunity to swim in the meet.

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • Attend
  • Will not attend

• Coaches will help swimmers choose events during practice. If your swimmer has a stroke preference, you may enter a note for the coaches when you declare the swimmer's availability*. All meet entries require approval by the coaching staff.
• Click Save to record your choices.

*Each swimmer is allowed to swim up to 2 events including IM. A swimmer may not swim an event on Monday that they swam on the previous Saturday (regardless of place).

Volunteer Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and select volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). 
• Click Save Assignments to record your choices.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.
• Thank you for volunteering! 

Saturday volunteer job signups will open on the Thursday before the meet as soon as selected swimmers have been notified.
