Welcome to the Ravens Swim & Dive Teams! 

We look forward to spending summer 2026 with you and your athletes.

Please note that team registration is a two-part process. Your registration is not finalized until BOTH parts are completed:

1. Your membership must be paid through the Ravensworth Farm Pool website. If you have not already done so, please log in to the membership portal to pay your fees before registering your child(ren).
2. After fees are paid, please complete this registration form in its entirety and submit the team registration payment. All information and waivers must be completed via this form prior to the first day of practice. Swimmers and Divers WILL NOT be allowed to practice without the completed forms.

When registering a swimmer or diver, you will be asked for your volunteer preferences. These are not official assignments - just jobs you would be interested in fulfilling or learning about at some point during the season.

This form is for Swim & Dive Teams ONLY. Due to the limited capacity of that program, Fledglings registrations must be submitted on the separate Fledglings Registration Form.

RETURNING FAMILIES - LOGIN ABOVE (TOP RIGHT) BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION AND YOUR FORM WILL BE PRE-POPULATED WITH YOUR CONTACT AND ATHLETE INFORMATION!
